Returns and refunds

Every garment is made to order with your trade number, side, and fill price printed at the back neck. Because each unit is manufactured for one buyer, all trades are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit.

If a garment arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund of the price paid plus shipping, at your choice. Photograph the defect; we do not require you to return the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. No restocking fees. No return shipping charges.

Sizing is final at checkout. Measurements and a fit guide are on the market page. We cannot exchange for size.
